Come Iniziare
Il Workflow Builder ti permette di automatizzare azioni in base a eventi di pagamento. Costruisci workflow visualmente trascinando nodi e connettendoli.
- Scegli un template o inizia da zero
- Trascina un nodo Trigger dalla sidebar (es. "Payment Succeeded")
- Aggiungi azioni (Email, Webhook, Tag, ecc.)
- Connetti i nodi cliccando sui pallini
- Configura ogni nodo cliccandoci sopra
- Salva e Attiva il workflow
Wait for External (Novità!)
Questo nodo mette in pausa il workflow e aspetta una chiamata da un sistema esterno (es. CRM, gestionale, sistema spedizioni).
Come funziona:
- Il workflow arriva al nodo "Wait for External" e si ferma
- Viene generato un URL webhook univoco:
/external/webhook/{token}
- Il sistema esterno chiama il webhook con dati JSON
- Il workflow riprende con i dati ricevuti

Sicurezza: Tutti i webhook esterni richiedono firma HMAC-SHA256 con il tuo webhook secret. Non è possibile disabilitare questa protezione.
Esempi Pratici
Esempio 1: Creare Disputa da Sistema Antifrode
Dopo un pagamento, il tuo sistema antifrode analizza la transazione e se sospetta, crea automaticamente una disputa.

Esempio 2: Conferma Spedizione dal Magazzino
Pagamento catturato → aspetti conferma dal magazzino → mandi email con tracking al cliente.

Esempio 3: Fatturazione con Dati dal CRM
Pagamento completato → aspetti i dati di fatturazione dal CRM → emetti fattura con i dati corretti.
